How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product. Our standard delivery process includes the following steps:

  • Order Processing (1-2 Business Days): Once you place an order, we verify the details and prepare it for shipping.
  • Shipping & Dispatch (1-2 Business Days): The order is handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Delivery (3-5 Business Days): The courier delivers the order to your provided address.

On average, delivery takes 5-7 business days. However, remote locations may experience slight delays.

 Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Here’s how:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Shoppers Valley account.
  • Step 2: Go to the “My Orders” section.
  • Step 3: Select the order you want to cancel or modify.
  • Step 4: Click on “Cancel Order” or “Modify Order” and follow the instructions.
  • Step 5: If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 7-day return policy for most products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange by following these steps:

  • Step 2: Select the product you wish to return and click on “Request Return.”
  • Step 3: Provide a reason for the return and upload any supporting images (if required).
  • Step 4: Our team will review the request and arrange for a pickup if eligible.
  • Step 5: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.


Note: Certain products, such as innerwear, personalized items, or clearance sale products, may not be eligible for returns.
